About 2PR

2PR (“2nd Partner”) was founded by Skye Francis from a desire to provide tax agents and in-house tax teams with additional support. 

Skye worked at Big 4 accounting firms for 20 years, and loved helping other professionals solve their problems.  Skye was often called upon to be a sounding board for technical challenges, or to use her data skills to prepare complex calculations for difficult tax problems.  Skye frequently became a ‘member’ of clients tax team, both advising on and then implementing tax advice. SAP implementations for multi billion dollar assets registers, data migrations and complex tax consolidations all required Skyes unique blend of tax and data expertise.

During her time in Big 4, Skye provided general corporate tax compliance and advisory services, including performing tax due diligence through to implementation of multi billion dollar transactions.  Skye then specialised in all things fixed assets (including temporary full expensing, Division 250), inventory and tax consolidations.

Since then, Skye has worked with some smaller accounting firms, providing ad hoc tax advice, assisting with QRM and being a sounding board for all matters in the business – operations, people and goal setting.

With Skyes experience, and ability to translate difficult concepts into something simple, Skye saw the opportunity to assist more professionals deliver quality tax outcomes more efficiently and effectively, and launched 2PR.  The mission of 2PR is to assist other tax professionals in solving their challenging tax problems.

Designed for tax agents or in house tax teams, 2PR can provide you with on call tax expertise at a fraction of the cost of maintaining an additional full time senior tax professional.
